On the afternoon of January 19, 2019, the Company held a management meeting and a shareholders' meeting successively in the conference room.

At the management meeting, each manager made a presentation to the General Assembly on the work under their jurisdiction, summarized the achievements and shortcomings of the year, and formulated the work objectives and action plans for the year 2019.

At the subsequent shareholders' meeting, Mr. Lai reported the financial situation of the year to the shareholders and made the expectation of the profit target for the year 2019. Finally, the meeting discussed and unanimously approved the dividend program for the year 2018 and the year-end bonus amount program for employees.
