On the afternoon of January 14, 2017, the Company held a management meeting and a shareholders' meeting successively in the conference room.

At the management meeting, each manager made a presentation to the General Assembly on the work under their jurisdiction, summarized the achievements and shortcomings of the year, and formulated the work objectives and action plans for the year 2017.

At the subsequent shareholders' meeting, Mr. Lai reported to the shareholders on the financial situation of the year and made expectations on the profit target for the year 2017. Finally the meeting discussed and unanimously approved the dividend program for the year 2016.

In the evening, the company held a year-end dinner at Xiang Yuan Private Taste Restaurant. The company honored the outstanding employees on site and held WeChat red packet grabbing activity. After the meal, all the colleagues went to Shenglong KTV together to continue the entertainment activities.
