2019/1/19 Annual Summary Meeting and Shareholders' Meeting in 2018

On the afternoon of Jan. 19, 2019, the company held management meetings and shareholder meetings in the conference room.
At the management meeting, managers made statements to the General Assembly on the work under their jurisdiction, summarized the achievements and shortcomings of the year, and formulated the work objectives and action plans for 2019.
At the subsequent shareholders' meeting, Mr. Li reported to shareholders on its financial situation for one year and made an expectation of its profit target for 2019.
Finally, the conference discussed and approved the dividend scheme for 2018 and staff year-end bonus quota scheme.
